Terms of use
[FILL IN] item and confirm the policies against your actual business and hosting setup. These pages are working drafts, not legal advice.Draft prepared 17 October 2026 · English version
These terms govern accounts and use of idrawq, planned at https://idrawq.com. The operator is Frédéric Verlain, an individual based in France (“we”). Contact: fredericverlain3@gmail.com. The separate sales terms apply when you buy Quads. [FILL IN: public postal address and confirm the operator’s registration/business status before commercial launch].
1. The service and who may use it
idrawq lets people create, publish, discover, discuss and, where enabled, list digital drawings for purchase using Quads. Availability and features may change. idrawq’s minimum age is 15. You must confirm that you are at least 15 when creating an account; existing accounts must confirm before continuing. This is the service’s chosen age rule; it does not mean that every user aged 15 or older can enter every purchase contract without any other permission required by law.
2. Your account
Choose a username and keep your password private. An email address is optional for ordinary account use; a valid email address is required to offer a drawing for sale. If you add one, keep it accurate and accessible. You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us promptly at fredericverlain3@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it. Do not impersonate others, evade a suspension, or create accounts to abuse the service.
3. Drawings and community conduct
You keep ownership of work you create, subject to other people’s rights. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, resize, display and distribute your submitted work only as needed to operate and secure idrawq features, including showing it in feeds, profiles, search and moderation. [FILL IN: specify how long deleted content remains in backups and whether you want a separate permission for promotion outside idrawq].
Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not post illegal content, threats, harassment, hateful or discriminatory attacks, sexual content or nudity, graphic violence, private personal information, spam, malware, or content that infringes another person’s copyright, privacy or other rights. Do not manipulate ratings, likes, reports, Quads or marketplace activity, or interfere with the service.
4. Review, reports and account restrictions
New drawings may remain pending until reviewed. When automated moderation is configured, an AI service may analyze a drawing and its title. It can make mistakes: a drawing may be delayed or quarantined for human moderator review. Users can report drawings; moderators can remove drawings or suspend accounts for a stated period and reason. We aim to apply these rules proportionately. If you believe a decision is wrong, contact [FILL IN: moderation/appeal email or appeal process] and include the drawing or account name and the decision you are challenging. [FILL IN: decision-notice and appeal timeframes/process].
We may restrict or end access where required by law, to address a serious or repeated breach, protect people or the service, or comply with a valid legal request. You can permanently delete your account in Settings after confirming your username and password. Your unused Quads are deleted with your account and are not refunded, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. Your unsold drawings, drafts and comments are deleted; drawings you bought from other creators return to their original creator. Drawings you sold remain available with the creator attribution changed to “Deleted_User.”
5. Quads and user listings
Quads are platform credits. The app currently offers Quads packs through Stripe checkout and lets users spend Quads on drawings listed by other users. The current code does not provide cash withdrawal or cash conversion. Pack availability, quantity and price are shown at checkout. Further purchase details are in the sales terms.
Users with a valid email address may list eligible drawings. The listing creator sets the Quads price; the buyer’s balance is debited and the seller’s balance credited by the platform. No cash is paid to sellers through this marketplace and sellers cannot withdraw or convert the earned Quads to cash in the current app. The intended sale includes ownership and a transfer of transferable economic rights for commercial use, editing/remixing, and redistribution or resale on idrawq. The creator remains credited and the buyer may not claim authorship of the original work. The creator’s moral rights remain with the creator. If the creator deletes their account, the attribution becomes “Deleted_User.” The intended rights transfer is subject to separate written terms and acceptance being implemented and legally reviewed; the current marketplace flow only records Quads and ownership, and editing/remixing is not currently available. See the Sales Terms for details.
6. Service availability and changes
We work to keep idrawq available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. We may update these terms; we will give notice of material changes by [FILL IN: notice method and lead time]. The version and effective date will be shown here. If you do not accept a material change, stop using the service and contact us about account closure and any paid balance.
